this is by far the worst hotel I've encountered in the UK; money grabbing to the extreme, plus unprofessional reception management/attitude, and hidden fees!

Needs an MAJOR upgrade of decor in rooms, and much higher quality catering management; save your money, and book elsewhere!

A Mean spirited Hotel with the only emphasise on MONEY!
